Metallica songs are the inspiration for new art exhibition. The Obey Your Master exhibition will see pieces from a range of different artists who have interpreted various Metallica songs in their own unique way.
Among the artists who will be displaying pieces are My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way and Metallica’s own bassist Robert Trujillo with his wife Chloe. The Obey Your Master website details all the participants. The exhibition opens to the public at the Exhibit A Gallery in Los Angeles on January 23.
Metallica recently announced the release of the Beyond Magnetic EP, comprising leftovers from 2008’s Death Magnetic sessions. The tracklisting for the EP is as follows:

3. “Hell and Back”
4. “Rebel of Babylon”
